Introducing the TourGo LED Video Display Panel Ground Support System Package, a complete freestanding structure that builds a 16.40 ft (5M) wide by 6.56 ft (2M) high LED video wall with no overhead rigging required. Everything needed to stand the wall up ships in one package: Five stabilizing T-Bases, five black F32 I-Beam truss segments, and ten adjustable panel mounting plates. For rental houses, touring crews, corporate AV teams, and broadcast facilities working in rooms where flying a screen is not an option, the System is the fast, safe, repeatable way to get a professional LED wall built and squared away on the floor.

Foundation: Stabilizing T-Bases Four Ground Support Stabilizing T-Bases anchor the system at floor level, each measuring 1M (3.28 ft) and engineered for maximum stability with a minimal footprint. The compact T-Base profile takes up far less cargo and warehouse space than conventional ground support stands, which is exactly what matters when truck pack and rack space are both tight. Each base supports one vertical truss segment mounted at its center and is suitable for up to two vertical columns of 500 x 500 mm LED panels, depending on panel weight, wall height, ballast, and engineering approval.

Vertical Structure: F32 I-Beam Linear Truss Four black F32 I-Beam linear truss segments, each 6.56 ft (2.00M) with a 2mm wall, form the vertical backbone of the wall. The F32 I-Beam profile is a proven standard for professional LED wall support, and the black powder coat finish keeps the structure low visibility behind the panels so the content stays the focus.

Panel Alignment: Mounting Plates Ten black LED panel wall mounting plates handle precise panel positioning, each with an adjustable 10″ to 13″ telescoping offset clamp for 2″ pole truss. The telescoping range lets crews dial in the exact distance from the truss column so panel columns run straight and consistent across the full width. Compatible with standard 500 x 500 mm and 500 x 1000 mm LED panels, with each plate supporting two vertical columns of 500 mm wide panels.

Fast, Safe Deployment The whole point of a ground support package is getting a clean wall up quickly with the crew you actually have. Logical component connections and a repeatable build sequence cut setup time compared to piecing together mismatched hardware, and the system stacks and squares predictably from show to show. Fewer parts to source, fewer surprises on site.

All Black Finish Every component in this package ships in matching black. On a stage, in a studio, or in front of a corporate audience, hardware that disappears into the background is hardware doing its job correctly. The uniform finish integrates cleanly into stage decks, LED backdrops, and broadcast sets.

Ballast and Safety Ballast is required for safe operation and is not included with this package. Required ballast weight depends on your specific panel configuration, wall height, and installation environment. As a baseline, TourGo recommends ballast weight equal to the total installed LED panel weight. Sandbags and steel ballast weights are both common production solutions. For outdoor use or any environment where wind is a factor, a qualified structural professional must review and approve the installation before setup. All installations must comply with local codes, venue requirements, and applicable engineering standards.
