TOURGO Production Process — Welding, Polishing, and Inspection

1. Welding Process

  • Material: High-strength aluminum alloys (6061-T6, 6082-T6)
  • Automation: Robotic welding arms for precision and uniform joints
  • Manual Welding: Skilled technicians handle complex or custom designs
  • Purpose: Ensure structural stability and load-bearing capacity
  • Quality Control: Each weld is visually inspected and tested for defects

2. Polishing / Surface Finishing

  • Grinding & Sanding: Remove rough edges, burrs, and welding marks
  • Polishing: Smooth surface for better aesthetics and safe handling
  • Surface Treatments:Purpose: Combine safety, durability, and professional appearance
    • Powder coating for corrosion resistance and color finish
    • Anodizing for enhanced durability and surface hardness

3. Inspection / Testing

  • Dimensional Inspection: Check truss length, angles, and connections
  • Load Testing: Verify maximum load capacity under static and dynamic conditions
  • Safety Checks: Ensure all spigot connections, bolts, and braces are correct
  • Packaging Inspection: Confirm components are protected for shipping
