When you are planning outdoor concerts, festivals, corporate roadshows or outdoor events, overhead rigging points are often unavailable, limited or costly to arrange. This is a common headache for event rental companies and stage engineers. Is there a reliable, fast solution to build large LED video walls when you cannot hang screens from above? TourGo brings the answer with its heavy-duty LED ground support truss system.
This modular aluminum truss ground support structure is specially engineered for freestanding LED screen installations. Unlike traditional hanging rigging systems, the whole LED wall is fully supported by two vertical truss towers with stable base plates and diagonal bracing, no overhead lifting points required.
Made of high-grade 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, the TourGo ground support truss delivers outstanding load capacity while keeping the structure lightweight for transport. The bolted/spigot modular design allows crews to assemble and disassemble quickly on site, cutting down your setup and strike time drastically — a huge advantage for tight event schedules.
The integrated frame layout is perfectly sized to hold standard LED panels. With adjustable chain hoists, technicians can fine-tune the height of the LED video wall conveniently. Reinforced base feet and side support braces guarantee excellent stability for outdoor use, even in breezy open-air venues. A rear cover curtain can also be fitted to hide cables and back of the LED screen for a clean stage look.
Perfect use scenarios:
✅ Outdoor music festivals and live shows
✅ Sports broadcast perimeter screens
✅ Outdoor brand activations & roadshows
✅ Temporary conference LED walls
✅ Any venue without roof rigging points
As a professional stage truss manufacturer, TourGo focuses on practical rigging solutions for the event rental industry. This ground support system fills the gap when overhead rigging is not an option, giving event designers more flexibility for outdoor and pop-up events.
If you are looking for a stable, reusable freestanding truss frame for LED screens, TourGo heavy-duty LED ground support truss is a practical alternative to hanging rigging.
